The regional Beyond conference was held in the Dominican Republic, bringing more than two hundred hospitality leaders from across Latin America and the Caribbean to Santo Domingo to preview what the sector planned for the following year.
Hosting it in the country was itself the signal: the Dominican Republic as the room where the region's hotel business meets, rather than a destination it discusses.
