The DEKO launched at FITUR Madrid 2026: a bleisure condo-hotel in Punta Cana, developed by Haute Concepts in alliance with Grupo De Valle.
The structure is the point. Individual ownership sits on top of professional hotel operation through a centralised rental pool, so an owner takes hospitality income without running anything day to day.
The Deko is designed to function as both a lifestyle destination and a disciplined hospitality asset.
