Blue Del Mare S.R.L. and Grupo De Valle announced a resort at Cap Cana: 292 two-bedroom residences with the amenities of a five-star hotel.
It was announced at FITUR in the year the country celebrated passing ten million visitors, and in the enclave where Dominican luxury is already established rather than argued for.
