A fourth La Quinta signed at Pedernales, Cabo Rojo

The ocean-front La Quinta at Pedernales–Cabo Rojo was signed and approved, with construction from the autumn of 2023 and an opening set for the summer of 2025.
Cabo Rojo is planned for twelve thousand resort rooms over ten years. The signing came through Fairmont S.R.L., represented by Guillermo Estrella of Estrella & Tupete.
It adds value to the government's development plans, bringing the necessary hotel product that is usually forgotten in resort areas.
